  • Minimum lead time of 8 weeks to receive the product at our distribution center.
  • Full box quantities only – partial box orders are not accepted. (This condition does not apply to slab products, which are quoted on a project basis due to the many variables that impact pricing.)
  • No returns or cancellations once the booking is confirmed.
  • A deposit may be required before the purchase order is placed with the supplier.
  • Availability and pricing may vary based on quantities ordered and must be confirmed with our sales team prior to ordering.
